The Le Sueur Rotary Club was chartered on Tuesday, March 9, 1948.  The charter dinner was held at the Le Sueur High School with 200 Rotarians and their wives from other clubs in attendance.

The sponsoring clubs were Mankato and St. Peter.  Max M. Moore of Valley City, ND was the District Governor.
